Document Retension

You can add files using the AMDS-ops Document Retention uploader to attach digital documents, diagrams, photos, etc. to a particular Maintenace Task or Inventory Item within the Maintenance Module or the Inventory Control Module

This allows you to easily attach any documentation files (installation plans, rebuild guidelines, operational guidelines, recommended maintenance tasks, parts descriptions, etc.) to the vessel’s associated piece of equipment, machinery, or inventory item within Vessel-ops Suite.  

File types that can be uploaded include pdf/docx/xlsx/jpg/bmp/gif/png files 

This feature links all of the uploaded documents directly to the maintenance task or inventory item so that when you view the task or item, you can also easily view all associated documentation
